Hi Bruce, I think you might be on the right track. You say you have phsically swapped the switches, but you have the same results. What about the wires? Are you getting current to the 3rd/4th OD switch when you close the stalk OD switch? Maybe if you put the 2nd wires on the 3rd/4th switch you would have OD? This test would implicate the harness.
