A Question for you 5 Speed Converts

I am really close to ordering a 5 speed conversion for my TR6. I drove one 
recently and really liked it. Some final questions before I order:

Has anyone who purchased the 5 speed conversion and installed it in their car 
wish they hadn't? If so, why?
