All of this discussion about airconditioners reminds me of a couple of 
questions that I have regarding them.

1.) Which side (high pressure or low pressure) should be evacuated prior to 
filling with refridgerant?
2.) I heard once that a few drops of oil should be added to the system. 
What kind of oil? Mineral?
3.) Can you confirm that you are supposed to fill the low pressure side?
