Follow up question on steering wheels

First, thank you to everyone who responded to my first question.  Now I have a 
follow up question for the list.  For 
those of you that have a 13" Mountney, Moto Lita, or other brand mind measuring 
the wheel and telling me the exact 
size?  It seems that there is some difference as to how the manufacturers 
measure their wheels and I'm wondering what 
the "true" size of each really is.  When you get to my size (6'5"), every 
little bit is important.  Thanks!
