Kevin:
ZS carbs with an unknown history are probably worth $25-50 each
if there is nothing obviously wrong with them. So many people pull them
off and put another carb on that there is no shortage of them.
Now if they are freshly rebuilt, then they will command a higher
price. There is some guy on eBay that is rebuilding them, and polishing
them. He is getting pretty steep prices for them, but then they look
pretty spiffy.
If I were selling them, I would start the auction at $50 for the
pair, no reserve. But then, that's me.

Subject: spare carbs
All seriousness aside- DPO converted to Webers. I can't convert back
without buying the intake manifold, and I don't really care to. In a
box of stuff he gave me with the car is a pair of Stromberg 175-CD2
carbs. I know nothing about their rebuild history or condition, except
they look fine on the outside. They are clean, and all the moving
external parts do move.
I looked on E-bay, and saw a pair for $500.00, no takers. I'm
gonna put my pair on e-bay, what are they REALLY worth? What should my
minimum be?
