The new paint job on my car looks gorgeous, but the chome on my bumpers is a
bit weary. Frankly they're not comparable with the rest of the car. I'm
shopping bumpers for my 72 car. I am astounded at how much rechroming costs at
a quality shop! It's nearly as much as new bumpers and the quotes don't include
any repairs of minor dings. Yee-gods!
Soooo.... I'm shopping for new front and rear bumpers. I've heard mixed
opinions about TRF bumpers. I've heard nothing about bumpers from Moss, VB, or
other sources. Would anyone care to share their two-pence worth about bumpers?
I looked at a new TR3 bumper from Moss and it seemed pretty darn good. Should I
expect the TR6 items to be comparable?
