Differential capacities

Hi all,

First, I'd like to thank all that helped on my differential rebuild with 
their advice & experience. The job came out perfect as compared to 
Bentley spec & it feels  very solid compared to the worn sloppy unit I 
took apart.

The Bentley says that only 2-1/2 pints (from Dry) are enough , it seems 
a little short to me. Is this correct. I have Valvoline 80-90w GL5 which 
I would assume would fit the bill.
