I have a 14 inch MotoLita and like it very much. I'm 5' 11", but I think  a
person's girth may be as important a consideration as ones height. I
believe the original steering wheel is slightly over 14 inches. I don't
think the diameter differences affect steering effort. I purchased the
MotoLita because I think it enhances the car's appearance.
