When I did my car, I used 3M Strip Calk. The part no is 051135-08578
(black). This stuff worked like a charm and I highly recommend you use
it. I put it between the gasket and the car body (liberally), and
between the gasket and the windscreen frame, toward the leading edge of
that joint. Just use a keen eye and a sharp knife to trim the seal
around the glass. If you've got the chrome trim strip installed, you
won't even see the seam in the seal.
