Bill,

First, Runyan has had this program running for several years and those that
I know who are involved say it is the real deal.  The only concern I ever
had with whole thing is that it is an unsecured note to Mr. Runyan and not
the company.  There is no guarantee of any payback at all, oh, I am well
aware of risk, I just prefer to manage my risk in other areas.  I am just a
bit too conservative for his program.  Like I said, others swear by it.
