You know those handy dandy screw removers that get advertised by Sears on late-night TV? The ones that will remove a screw that someone else bunged up? Has anyone ever actually gotten those things to work? I tried again to remove a rusty screw from the washer the other day and only succeeded when I had effectively drilled the top of the screw off only to be removed with a pair of Vice-Grips. I guess I should go to bed earlier. R. Ashford Little II '70 TR6 <http://www.ralittle2.com/> CC54994 |
