pedal box mix up

I'll start this by saying I usually take a photo or make notes before I take 
something apart, but I didn't this time. Thought I could remember. Should have 
known better.

I took the clutch and brake pedals off to paint the box and now I'm not sure 
where each pedal goes.  Which pedal is the one that has the additional lever 
on the side?
