I'll try some more later. As I mentioned before the engine and transmission
are in the car. I had four 80-lb bags of sand in the garage and placed them in
the car, two bag where each seat would go and it only lowered the car < inch.

FWIW, every time I jack up my car to do work on it and then lower it to
the
ground, it sits up quite a bit higher than normal until I drive it a little.
At that point, it settles down to the normal ride height for my car. I have
the Richard Good's springs in front, and a set of someone else's hd springs in
the rear.
