I heartily support Vance's recommendation. This is what I use on all my cars and my customer's cars. There is the spray on version and the 12' square version. I use the spray on underneath and the 12' on the inside. Then cover the inside with the foil backed jute. Makes a HUGE difference in sound and heat/cold. Also easy to DIY.
