RE: Electric fans & amperage

Ashford--Get the 16-inch (?) PermaCool fan that Jegs carries.  I believe
it's a 9-amp draw and the one I have.  It fits perfectly over the stock
radiator but with very little clearance between the back of the fan motor
case and the engine bay cross brace.  Even a 15 amp fan would be no problem
with the Bosch alt.  I have my fan relay powered directly from the battery
with an override switch in the cockpit.
