Thanks for the reply and the missing Bentley pages.  Curious these  pages are 
not included in my manual as well. I found that TRF also sells an  
aftermarket chain for about $15 in addition to the $60 "original".  I  ordered 
one; will 
let you know quality when it arrives.  I'm excited in  that this starts the 
reassembly of my 6 after having it apart for almost two  years during repaint.  
Now to transform all of those bags of parts and  hardware into a running car 
again.
