Terry: If you're just dealing with surface rust, you can use a sander to strip the car and remove the rust. You're going to want to use a metal conditioner on the bare metal to neutralize any remaining rust before you prime anyway. Dwayne http://home.mindspring.com/~the5coopers/  |
