I posted last week that I had come upon a domestically made alloy wheel for a
lower price. You can view them at americanracing.com. Click on vintage wheels
then go to page 2. Look for Silverstone type 401. They are a special order
and come with either a 3" or 3.25" back offset. I checked with the local
company warehouse and they were unable to confirm which if either offset would
work
on a TR6. I guess their primary market is early Mustangs and 240Z. I have
the 5.5" KNs on my six and at first opportunity will take one off and measure
the backspacing. I measured one of my stock steel wheels and it has 3.75"
backspace. I was curious what the backspace was on a 6" Panasport as this may
answer the question. I happen to own a tire dealership but don't want to get
in
dutch with the list. You can email me off the list for price. If you have a
local dealer for American Racing products you can ask for a price-but you'll
probably have to educate them. Sorry for the long post
