Frame Repair Question

Hi List,

Has anyone replaced the trailing arm sections of the frame while the 
body was still on the car?  The previous owner "repaired" those 
sections of the frame but did a less than decent job since they welded 
the brackets to the frame on one side.  Makes it quite difficult to 
adjust the trailing arms.
