Can a faulty brake booster cause the brakes to rub as if the pedal was slightly depressed and ultimately cause the car not to want to go until things cool down? I took my car for a spin after fixing something else and noticed an issue with my brakes. I had to pull over, crack the brake lines at the master and also loosen the vacuum line attached to the booster in order to get home. And the weather sucks too. R.
