Hello list:
I spent some time this afternoon replacing the 80 grit glass beads in my media
blaster with 70 grit aluminum oxide. I very much enjoyed the improved
efficiency that the coarser medium brought, but I was concerned about being
too harsh on machined and aluminum parts. Any opinions on this? I'm
stripping and rebuilding a triple weber setup and I don't want to damage
anything by using too harsh an abrasive on the carb bodies and peripheral
items.
