Just to help everyone by my experience.

A few years ago I bought an OD for my six. I exchanged the four speed for
the OD trans. I went to put the speedo cable in to the angled speedo drive
and the squared end would not fit into the shaft. Just a word to the wise. I
exchanged the trans again and the original seller understood and returned my
money. Buyers beware!
