Allen Hendrix at Hendrix Wire Wheels has tires that red lines can be added 
to.  That is what I did for my TR 250.  I chose to go with modern radials 
though 
for safety and comfort.  They just turn the brand side to the inside and add 
the red line on the black wall side.  It looks great and holds up extremely 
well.  I'm sure there may be others but just color me a satisfied customer.

Ps...No red line is cheap!!  These were $179.00 a year ago.
