Carl---I can't say why Triumph gave us three choices, when only the
middle one is correct, and gives the pushrod proper alignment between
the Slave Cylinder bore and the clutch operating arm.
Know that using the bottom hole will make the clutch pedal slightly
easier to operate, but reduces the stroke which disengages the clutch.
The top hole will, as opposite the bottom hole, give a slightly longer
stroke, disengaging the clutch sooner. This makes for more clutch pedal
operating pressure. If you don't need the top or bottom hole, use the
center one. This center choice will reduce the side load on the SC
operating piston, and should extend the life of the bore and its piston
seal.

Which of the 3 holes does the "fork" get attached to where it pushes
into the slave cylinder? Why are there 3 possible choices?
