Nice mild weather here in Saskatchewan- -it is warming up to +6F this
morning.  (Nicer than -32 was).

Your analysis is probably correct that water had been added and the car not
run.  If you have enough antifreeze to have "slushy" freezing, your block is
safe because that strength of antifreeze solution will not go to "rock
hard".   Slushy freezing does have the expansion force to cause breakage.
Your water pump or engine block should be OK.

You radiator is probably ok too, if the freezing was "slushy".  That would
be good because some TR owner will probably be in the market for a radiator
at some time during  your restoration, and sale of a few used items help
with the costs, or at least keep a few brews in the fridge.
