Glenn---It's important to get the bell housing and the engine back plate
"pinned". If you don't use the dowels suppied, at least use 3/8" bolts
at the two places designed for them. (They could be partially filled
with paint or something, making anything but 5/16" bolts hard to get
thru) See their location with the Gunst drawing, if you can't find where
they should be.

The adjustable pushrod won't do any good at the SC. The first time the
clutch is engaged the "extra length" will just send the piston back
farther into the SC bore, and you will have lost any presumed advantage.
The "adjustable rod" was good only for the earlier TR.

The "Green" bearing is mentioned in the buckeyetriumphs.org web site.
Look under "clutches" to see how it compared to others. Some of the
older RHP's (and Greens?) did work well. It was/is a quality control
thing that caused many of us to try other bearings.
