1.) I have (had) a "New Tan" Interior.  What was the original color carpet
that went with this interior color?

2.) My shift knob seems like an original walnut knob with the silver shift
pattern medallion on top.  The knob has a curious flat spot on the side.  Is
this how they came?

3.) The black piece on the top of the door with the finger grips - How is
this attached? Is it glued down?
