Stuart---Open the bleed screw a quarter turn and attach (preferably) a
clear poly tube to it. The other end of this tube can be brought up back
into the C-MC fluid reservoir. Pumping the clutch pedal, by hand if
necessary, should bring all the air and some fluid back up to the MC for
re-use.
If there is still some stubborn air in the SC, push its piston back into
the bore. This will force air out the bleed valve. When nothing but
fluid comes out of the tubing at the MC, close off the bleed valve and
slowly let the SC piston come back down its bore, and reconnect the SC
pushrod.
Keep the MC full of fluid thru all of these steps.
There are other ways to do this job, but the above works when the
simpler ways leaves one stymied.
