re:carb setup

Hi,

  I have recently put the 3 carb set up sold by Goodparts on my TR6. I had a
couple of question regarding timing and idle speed. I have the carbs set so
that the spark plugs are burning a nice tan color, but I can not figure out
how to get the idle speed down below 3000. Any help would be appreciated.
