Trailing Arm Bushings R&R

I'm ready to replace the trailing arm bushings on my 69 TR6 with uprated rubber 
ones from TRF.

I would appreciate hearing what different methods have been used (to take the 
old ones out and put the new ones back in) by those of you who have been down 
this path before.
