Hi listers,
My engine eats oil (1 qt per 250 miles). Compression is ok and valves seems
to be ok too. Power is adequate (I am not trying to beat those rice-burners).
Has anybody installed some valve guide rubber or neoprene seals or covers in
order to reduce oil seepage trough the guides. I have been told that some GM
engines use these seals. That kind of solution could possibly reduce oil
seeepage without going into big bucks.
Any tech info would be much appreciated.
Thanks
