Weber carb conversion

I've been thinking about buying a Weber carburetor conversion kit  (from Moss
motors)  for my '74  TR6.

Is it worth the money and effort?

I don't plan on racing the car, just want to get rid of those old twin carbs
and restore drivability and reliability to my car.
