Is there a general consensus on the use of the Pertronix Ignitor ignition in the TR6 Lucas 22D distributor? I talked with a tech rep at Pertronix and was informed that they are not going to produce the Ignitor II (adaptive dwell) for the 22D distributor. Seems the 22D is too small. I have no issues with the existing point system, but do see the advantages of a higher voltage spark and better reliability if that is truly the case. Thanks, Glenn Rierson '70 TR6 |
