Product Report-Halogen Headlights

I just installed a pair of recently purchased halogen headlights. They were 
$10.00 each from Victoria British. I replaced one to see the difference 
compared to the original Lucas non halogen light and the new one was very 
noticeably brighter and the light is also "whiter".  It's a simple R&R and the 
price is right. Highly recommended.
