My tach is making a constant crunching or grinding sound. Based on my last experience with a TR6 some 27 years ago I know it's about to expire. I didn't have the $$ to fix it then so I never bothered to track down the cause. This time around I want to fix it. (Still don't have any $$, but I no longer allow that to hold me back!) Is this an internal problem with the tach, or is it associated with the drive cable? Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks! Jim Jones '72 Emerald |
