Carl, check out this place. http://www.autorust.com/frames.htm Auto rust technicians in Rhode Island. Our club just attended a tech session here this past Saturday with 2 other Brit car clubs and, although I was unable to attend, the feedback was that these guys are top-notch. The shop is fantastic! They had a TR4 being worked on at the time and a TR6 waiting in the wings. They have pre-made frame repair sections for the TR's.
