It looks like a trip to the hardware store is in order.  When you have an 
opportunity, could you give me the specs on the bolts?

My parrish hardtop is connected to the windshield with 2 bolts,washers  and 
wingnuts along with the 2 turn buckles in the rear.  
 
My top is atleast 20 years old and I was please to find out you can also get 
any seals etc from www.smoothline.com just specify you have a parrish top.  
They now sell the top with stainless steel hardware.
