Mark---As our Lt. Columbo would say: "Just one more thing". Your tach should verify your top speed. In round numbers for a non-overdrive TR, it should show 1,000 rpm for every 20 mph. If you are only reaching 4,000 rpm then your speedo is probably accurately reflecting your true road speed at 80 mph. Dick |
