John---I would first isolate the stuck wheel by jacking up the car.
(Front brakes have been know to stick also)
If it's a rear brake, sometimes backing off on the adjusting screw a
couple of clicks will do the trick. (counterclockwise, when looking at
each wheel from under the car)
If it's a front brake, crack open the rear tube nut at the master
cylinder to relieve residual pressure that could be in the line.
OR, turn the steering wheel back and forth to full lock a few times. It
may knock the pads back. (Long shot, but quick)
