Vance---There should be evidence around #6 as to why the cylinder
pressure was only at 60psi. A blown gasket should be visable, or one of
these two valves not closing/sealing? If you don't see anything, it
would warrant taking this piston out and checking it as a possible
cause. Something had to keep the test pressure from building.
