How stuff works --> Differentials

I saw this link on the MG board a month or so ago.

I thought it might be interesting for "you" beginners who always 
wondered how the synchronizers worked, what the layshaft was or what the 
pinions gears did.

Of course, I knew all this stuff....  ;-)
