Mike,

Your post prompted me to take a peak at the rules we all agree to when we 
subscribe. Unfortunately, I can't find them.

I checked the message footers for links to this document, but can't get there 
from here. The majorcool links don't appear to lead to the participation rules.

Perhaps it is time to publicly post this set of rules to refresh the memories 
of 
all who are involved in this "debate".
