Mike---I, too, installed urethane bushings (in the rear arms) many years
ago, without any lubrication. I found that by loosening the nut/bolt
that goes thru these bushings and squirting on a lot of (used) brake
fluid gave temporary relief. It was a chore doing this every three
months or so, so I eventually pulled the bolts and bushings and lathered
them all with a moly-based grease.
When I did the front bushings, I remembered to pre-lube them. They all
have been squeak-free now for several years. It's my understanding that
these synthetic bushings now come with a packet of some kind of silicone
grease.
