Aaron, I have ask that question of a local upholstery shop and they have told me they can do that. Haven't had it done yet so know idea of what it would turn out like but it at least seems possible. I did not ask them how or if they would seal the windows. Assume they would use some sort of glue or sealer in the seams where it would be sown in but just a guess on that.
