My vinyl top is very tight and extremely difficult to get on in cool weather. The front edge of the top looks like it wraps around some sort of metal bar clamp that is riveted to the top frame. The leading edge of the vinyl where it emerges from the clamp is trimmed flush along the edge of the clamp. Is it realistic to try and disassemble and realign the top without having to buy a new one? I'm guessing 1/4 inch of relief would help. John Lumia - 1976 TR6 |
