Hello again all,
I want adjustable mixture needles in my 1969 TR6 carbs. I have researched
online and even found an article about machining and modifying the air
valves from the TR250 and 1969 TR6 to handle the adjustible mixture needles.
But really that seems like far to much work.
I keep thinking about simply installing air valves from later ZS carbs.
Seemingly that would rapidly and simply accomplish the desired ends. And
since I have a few as spares it would be a no-cost reversible upgrade.
Is this possible or am I missing something (other than my sanity)?
Sincerely,
Dave Herbert
