Thought I would update my alternator problem. I ordered a Bosch unit
reconditioned from a 78-80 Ford Fiesta (came with either a Bosch or AC/Delco)
I bought it from "Alternator Starter Express" in Spartanburg SC. It cost
$54.00 and arrived in 3 days. Perfect fit, no modifications whatsoever to
mounting hardware or electrics. The spade connectors fit perfectly. 10 minute
total installation time, and it works great
