Hi Charles

I have had experiences in removing rusted bolts so this may help with the Oil 
Drain Plug.  Try having muffler shop weld a smalller  bolt(1/2) to the head of 
your oil drain plug and using a socket/wrench to turn the welded bolt instead 
of the sriped Oil drain plug.
