TR6 Door Panel Installation Tips

Anybody have an easy way to get the TR6 door panels on?

My tried and true method of getting at least three people to push and prod 
to get the panel deflected enough to insert pins in the door handle and 
window crank is a bit tiresome and lengthy.

A suggestion for a better method would be appreciated.
