Geoff, Dick gave youa good check system. You can also do this. If the
distributor si 180 degrees off, and everything else is correct, just
remove the distributor, lift out tehoil pump/distributor dirve gear
(this is the gear the distributor shaft fits into) and rotate tehgear
about 180 degrees. Reinstall the distributor and retime the car. Ted
